The aim of the secret list is to question the legitimacy of Croatia, which according to Hague prosecutors, was founded on crimes, says HKV.

Hague Secret List Is A Backup For Political Pressure

The Croatian Council for Culture (HKV) claims that the extra list from the secret part of the Hague indictment for collective war crimes, serves as a backup means for new political pressure on Croatia, and the criminalization of the Croatia as a country. The Hague is looking for strategic maneuvers for better bargaining positions that have little to do with justice. More bargaining power by support for the Titoist-style Communists. Yet as the bulk of the Croatian people suffer, the former communist, as well as current leaders elites will prosper.

As said in report, the president of HKV, Hrvoje Hitrec, said that the aim is to not only weaken Croatia’s international position, but to bring into question the existence and survival of the country. According to the Hague prosecution, Croatia was founded on crimes. One must ask, who committed the greater crime Hague or Serbia.

According to the words of the president of HKV, the extra indictments are the result of, as he says, servile lethargy of the current Croatian cabinet, who did not stand united in defence of the accused Croatian soldiers, both dead and alive, and civilian commanders.

HKV considers that the upper limits of tolerance towards the prosecution of the international court in the Haag have been reached. The Hague is mocking justice and law, and is proving to be a means of those (especially European) forces who wanted the occupation of Croatia to be a final solution.

“We request that the Croatian parliament dedicate a meeting to the prosecution process of the Hague court. We also request a declaration in the name of the Croatian people, which seeks from the founders of the court in the Hague, the United Nations and Security Council, the revision of all tendentious accusations against the representatives of the Croatian military and national leaders at the time of “Oluja” (Operation Storm). It is also requested that Ante Gotovina be released from prison, because the court hearings have been postponed for a longer period.

OPERATION STORM was evaluated by the western military experts as one of the cleanest ones in the contemporary Western military history. It caused a minimum of the incidents, given its large scope and an unfavorable balance of forces in the region in which only Milosevic's frenzied butchers were fully equipped for the war.
