The number of suicides in Croatia has increased to 1,632 the highest number of suicides amongst the veterans is Croatia. During the last 10 years. However, experts warned there is a possibility of an increase in the number of suicides amongst the population between 15 and 19 years of age, and those in their sixties.

According to the data of the Ministry of the Family, Veterans’ Affairs and Intergenerational Solidarity, from 1991 to 2005 there were 1,632 suicides amongst veterans, with an average age of 38.

Many suicides, amongst war veterans is they are betrayed even by their own government. The flow of blood of homeland, banks were sold to [multinationals]. They buy villas by the sea in Opatija while the indigenous citizens move to the hills. Half of the Istra region is sold out. There are 9,000 deaths more than births annually. Almost the whole political scene is divided with Cetniks on one side and Partisans on the other. The sad thing is Croatia is merging into a new Yugoslavia. They present themselves as Croatians. They do not stop filling up prisons for those who fought for a free Croatia. The only difference is that The Hague helps execute their dirty work. Croatians have got the so-called freedom, in which everything is dictated by Europe.

Almost the whole political scene provoked feeling amongst the veterans is 15,000 Croatians killed and forcibly displaced, "cleansed," some 220,000 Croats from about one-third of Croatian territory. More than 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand!) Croats were murdered in areas occupied by Serbs, and more than 4000 are still missing. But Croats fought back to death and defeated Serbian aggressor. Successful defense from Serbian aggression but other ugly things aroused. Unfortunately, this was not in accordance with the plans of West European countries. Those countries calling themselves the "International community" established the ICTY Tribunal in the Hague which they use only to bring Croatia down on her knees so that they can bring her back in some new union of countries dominated by Serbia.

Croats are not praised for their heroic fight and superior military skills. Instead, they are extremely harshly sentenced in the Hague as if they were aggressors on another country. Croatian victims never revenged, evil never punished. Europe and Hague remarkable ability to homogenize the atrocities in the Serbian Wars. "Bad things happened on all sides" is like saying "Oh, at some point during WW2, there were some Jews that killed some Germans."

Great Croatian heros, Generals, Veterans’ sentenced in the Hague Croatian government was installed from selected communist leaders of Tito's regime and was financed by some obscure elements of "international community." and Croatian veterans are accused of war crimes in spite of the lack of the evidence of the crimes, even their own government betrayed their love for Croatia. The irony is that a huge chunk of Croatia ended up in the hands of strangers.
